Percentage Price Oscillator
ciPPO is based on PPO (Percentage Price Oscillator). PPO is found by subtracting the longer MA from the shorter MA and then dividing the difference by the longer MA. PPO is expressed as a line. A Smoothed value is plotted as a histogram with different bar colors to visually represent up-tick and down-tick.
